Tulip Kids International is looking for a admission counselor and /or receptionist, who must be fluent in English Speaking,

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet new /existing parents
• Explain about the programs and offerings and answer basic questions related to school, program etc.
• Help conduct tours along with Director if needed.
• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Plan and schedule appointments and events and follow up
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Perform all other office tasks
• Greet and assist parents
• Knowledge of book keeping is a huge plus

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and communication skills in English
• Pleasing personality
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
